Colonial Weekend

So I have been doing some running this week which is nice. I spent most of the week up the coast in LA, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo doing random work stuff. I got some nice runs in up there and hope to keep the consistency up for the next few weeks as I build mileage back up. I am currently packing to head off to Virginia to watch Ryan's graduation. It should be a fun weekend and I'll be back on Monday. I'll plan on posting an update when I get back to SD.
